Shred Strong’s online strength training programs are designed to give you everything you need to take your riding to the next level - wherever you live. Snowboarding-specific training not only improves your mobility, balance, and core strength to shred stronger for longer, but decreases your risk of injury on the board.
Building a strong core and mobile joints is the foundation of all strength training. Upon this solid foundation, we’ll build strength and power with programs customized to your needs. The stronger you can become off your board, the stronger you will be on the mountain, which means stronger turns and control of your edges, quicker reaction times, higher jumps, and better landings.
I’ve watched many people struggle to learn snowboarding simply because they are lacking the strength and mobility to do so. Snowboarding has unique mobility requirements. The more mobile you are the better balance you will have. When that foundation is missing, following cues can feel like you're trying to read a foreign language.
But when you are strong and mobile, your body can feel confident learning and remembering new techniques or tricks.

Online sessions start at $250 per month for the customized training program delivered via the TRAINHEROIC App, where you can follow along with the workout, track your progress, provide feedback and ask me questions, and watch instructional videos tailored for snowboarders.
Real-time virtual coaching sessions can be added to the training program for an additional $100 per month.
Shred ‘Til You’re Dead Training Courses:
I also offer 4, 8, and 12-week courses, so you can shred strong all year round. While these courses aren’t individually customized, each exercise is specific to the needs of a snowboarder, whether you’re a seasoned veteran or just getting started.

My approach to Shred Strong is unique because I’m not just a strength trainer or snowboarding coach – I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist, too, meaning I pair training with rehabilitation for a holistic approach.
If pain or limitations show up prior to or during our sessions, I can use massage therapy techniques, muscle activation, and integration movements to identify weaknesses and solidify the correction.
