In Person Private Strength Training for Snowboarders in Connecticut:

For clients in Connecticut, I offer in-person, private strength training sessions on site in Manchester, Connecticut.

Private training lets us customize a strength training plan around your individual goals, on and off the board. If you’re new to snowboarding or strength training – or you prefer to train alone – private training is the right choice for you. It can also be used to build the necessary foundation for small group or semi-private training.

Private sessions are $110 per hour.

In Person Semi-Private Strength Training for Snowboarders in Connecticut:

Semi-private strength training focuses on your individual needs and goals, while offering the unique benefit of partner work, training alongside 1 to 3 other individuals.

If you’re looking for added motivation or want to feel like you’re part of a team, this is the right choice for you.

Semi-private sessions are $65 per hour.

So you found the right option for you, but want to know what happens next?

All potential new clients — virtual and local — will start with a consultation online, on the phone, or in person. We’ll use this time to get to know each other and make sure we’re a good fit.

We’ll also chat about your health history, present day injuries and/or limitations, goals, basic nutrition principles and best training option(s). Last, but not least, various movement assessments, along with mobility, stability, and passive joint range of motion tests will be done to ensure safety and proper programming.

However you want to work together, my programs are designed with you in mind.
